[Mini Courses] Blow-up in chemotaxis systems. Lectures #5 and #6

Detecting unboundedness phenomena in models for complex chemotactic interaction
Approaches toward blow-up detection in chemotaxis systems lacking apparent energy structures will be discussed. Moment-based arguments will be used to derive results for classes of parabolic-elliptic models which in contrast to minimal Keller-Segel systems account for more complex functional forms in key mechanisms, such as taxis response or signal evolution. The strength of these methods will be discussed by comparison of the obtained results with the findings on boundedness from Lectures #1 and #2.
